I'm experiencing problems to log in?
Please click on password reset or contact your sales representative. You can send an email to sales@koenpack.com, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How can I become a customer?
As a business customer, you can enter your data under the tab 'Become a customer', then you will receive an email from us with a login code.

When will my order arrive?
After placing your order you can generally expect the items to ship within 24 hours after receiving your confirmation. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Can I still order by fax or phone?
Yes, you can. Our sales representatives are pleased to help you in any way.

The article I'm looking for is not listed, what can I do?
We put all the products we offer in our catalogue on the website. If you are you looking for a specific product please contact our sales department, one of our staff will be pleased to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?
If you do want to make changes or cancel the order, please call us at +31 (0)20-5452470.

Our organization has several employees who order products. Can we have different log in codes?
Several individuals within a company can independently order with us. Every buyer can create their own account (login and password) and place orders under the same customer number. Any buyer can even choose a different delivery address.

Can consumers also contact Koen Pack?
We are sorry, it is not possible for consumers to buy from Koen Pack. The philosophy of Koen Pack is focused on serving the business customer.

Do you have a minimum order amount?
For Dutch orders we keep a minimum order amount of € 250,-, this may vary per country.

How much do you calculate for transport when ordering online?
When you fininsh your order in the shop, you will not see the transport charges yet. Please contact your sales person when you have any questions about this.
