Delivery

We have permanent stock in our warehouses. We deliver directly from stock when you see a green text below the item; Available. If an item is not in stock, you will see an orange text; Availble soon or upon request. When an article in green states "Sold out", it can still be ordered for delivery on short notice. You can choose 'In stock' on the left side to view these items or not.

Logistics

Not only do we do our best to provide you with professional service, quick delivery is also an important part of our service. Thanks to our large stock, an adequate network of suppliers and an excellent logistics team, we are able to deliver at short notice all across Europe.
You can choose to collect your order or to have it delivered for a reasonable price. We work with different carriers in The Netherlands. For transport to FloraHolland Aalsmeer and Honselersdijk we use our own transportation. For transport charges please contact our sales department at sales@koenpack.com

You can collect your order from Amstelveen or ask us to ship it for you. Please contact your account manager.

It is always advised to check your order immediately after receipt. If you have a missing item, please report it to us immediately through sales@koenpack.com, we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
