When will my order arrive?
After placing your order you can generally expect the items to ship within 24 hours after receiving your confirmation. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

On the page app you can see what it looks like and you can find the download link.

May I still order by phone?
Yes, you may. Our sales representatives are pleased to help you in any way.

The item I'm looking for is not listed, what should I do?
We put all the products we offer in our catalogue on the website. If you are you looking for a specific product please contact our sales department, one of our staff will be pleased to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?
If you have made your payment in advance, unfortunately, it will not be possible to make any changes, or cancel your order. If you do want to make changes or cancel the order, please call us at (305) 513-3375. Please note that if you are returning an order a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Can consumers also contact Koen Pack?
We are sorry, it is not possible for consumers to buy from Koen Pack. Koen Pack services on commercial growers and suppliers.
