Delivery

We have permanent stock in our warehouses. We deliver directly from stock when you see a green text below the item. If an item is not in stock, you will see an orange text. You can choose 'In stock' on the left side to view these items or not.

Logistics

Thanks to our large stock, an impressive network of suppliers and an excellent logistics team, we are usually able to ship your order within 24 hours across Canada and the United States.

You can collect your order from Miami or ask us to ship it for you. Please contact your account manager.

It is always advised to check your order immediately after receipt. If you have a missing item, please report it to us immediately through sales-usa@koenpack.com, we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
