We have permanent stock in our warehouses. We deliver directly from stock when you see a green text below the item. When an item is not in stock, you will see an orange text below the item.

You can collect your order from our warehouse or ask us to ship it for you. Please contact your account manager.

It is always advised to check your order immediately after receipt. If you have a missing item, please report it to us immediately through sales-canada@koenpack.com, we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
